Our Wine

Our philosophy and approach are simple. We work biologically, following the rhythm of the seasons and respecting what each year brings. In the cellar, we intervene as little as possible - natural fermentation, minimal additions of sulflites, and a focus on letting the wine express itself.

Red Wine

Vintage: 2024
Volume: 75 cl
Alcohol: 13% vol
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto
Winemaking: Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - No added sulphites - Aged in stainless steel tanks- Very light filtration at bottling (April 2025)
Tasting notes: A dry, fruity red wine, well-balanced and enjoyable for everyday drinking. Perfect with all types of meals or on its own.

rosso ciliegio

Vintage: 2024 
Volume: 75 cl
Alcohol: 13% vol 
Grape variety: 100% Ciliegiolo 
Winemaking: Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - Sulphites added (year 2024) - Aged in stainless steel tanks - Very light filtration at bottling (April 2025)
Tasting notes: A structured, fruity red wine with a smooth finish and hints of cherry. Perfect with pasta, main courses, cheese or on its own.

lolita

Vintage:
2024 
Volume: 75 cl
Alcohol: 14% vol
Grape variety: 100% Barbera
Winemaking: Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - No added sulphites - Aged in stainless steel tanks - Very light filtration at bottling (April 2025).
Tasting notes: A young Barbera that is fresh, structured and balanced. Pairs well with meat, pasta, cheese and lightly spiced dishes.

rebelot’

Alcohol: 13% vol 
Grape variety: Pinot (80%), Ciliegiolo and Ancelotta
Winemaking: Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - No added sulphites - aged in large old vats - Very light filtration at bottling (April 2025 and August 2025)
Tasting notes: Pairs well with any meal. ged in large old vats, which balance the fresh fruit aromas with the Pinot’s tannins. A pleasant wine to relax with by the fireplace.

White Wine

Winemaking: Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - Lightly sulphited at bottling - Aged in stainless steel tanks: Very light filtration at bottling (August 2025)
Tasting notes: A mineral and structured white wine, ideal as a hearty aperitif or with tapas and appetisers. Can be aged for several years.
